A few shots from Chatham! Love these gorgeous trees. Lot is listed for $699, 000–includes a nearby house, too. And whenever I see this beautiful building across the river from where my Mom lives, I think it’d be a great setting for a mental institution in a movie. Or is it a mansion full of ghosts? Nope! It’s a restaurant!
